# Pleasure and Profit
Profit is any benefit to your life, the life of those you care about and the
life of those less advantaged than you. Profit can be generated or reduced.
Profit can be split into 4 categories:
- Spirituality: How close you are to Allah (S.W.T.), how strong your Iman is
- Health: How fit and strong you are.
- Wealth: How many valuable assets you have, how much money you have, how
sustainable your lifestyle is
- Knowledge: How academic you are, how wise you are, how you can share this
knowledge with others.

Pleasure is any enjoyment or gratification you feel upon doing any given action.
It explicity is only relevant to you, as you only guage the profit others will
experience, not their pleasure. Pleasure can only be generated, not reduced.

Every action you do should be weighed by these two metrics. You should prioritise
them in this order:
1. Actions that generate profit and pleasure
2. Actions that generate profit and do not affect pleasure
3. Actions that do not affect profit nor pleasure
4. Actions that do not affect profit and generate pleasure

Actions that do not affect profit and generate pleasure should be very limited,
as too much can lead to wasted time, which reduces profit.

Any actions that reduce profit should be completely avoided.
